We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your privacy.

Your information, collection and use
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. This personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to, your name and email address. We collect this information for the purpose of providing the Service, identifying and communicating with you, responding to your requests/ inquiries and improving our services.

We may use your personal information to contact you with newsletters and any other information which may be beneficial to you. You may opt out of receiving any of these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe button situated at the bottom of every newsletter. The Third-party email provider we use for our newsletters is Mailchimp.

Health Questionnaire
Before attending any of my classes you will be asked to fill out a written Health Questionnaire. This is to ensure that I am aware of any physical or other medical conditions you may have and medications you may be taking which affect how I deliver the class to you. I need this information to ensure your safety in my classes and to enable me to make any appropriate modifications to the programme. This is a paper document which is securely stored in my office and is not shared with any third party.

Notice of Breach of Security

If a security breach causes an unauthorized intrusion into our system that materially affects you then we will notify you as soon as possible and later report the action we took in response.

Safeguarding Your Information
We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Information.

Accuracy and Retention of Data
We do our best to keep your data accurate and up to date, to the extent that you provide us with the information we need to do so. If your data changes (for example, if you have a new email address), then you are responsible for notifying us of those changes. Upon request, we will provide you with information about whether we hold, or process on behalf of a third party, any of your Personal Information. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as long as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your information in order to comply with any legal obligations.

Note: When we refer to ‘I’, ‘me’, ‘ we’, ‘you’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ we mean Frances Brown who is both the Controller and Processor of the information.
